The 30 acre Brook Conservation Area is located on the Lynn River in the southeast corner of Simcoe. Trails totalling 2.3 km go over a dam and through a forested area providing opportunities for walking/hiking, fishing and nature appreciation. The trail includes some hills and has a natural base with exposed tree roots. A small picnic area with a few tables is provided. The park is open sunrise to sunset and it should be noted that the entrance gate is locked each evening.

- Park entrance is located at 35 Simson Drive in the Decou subdivision. The subdivision is off Decou Rd which is accessed east of Hwy 24 south at the stop lights in front of the Whitehorse Plaza (intersection of Norfolk St S & Decou Rd).
- You can also access the Brook Conservation Area from the Lynn Valley Trail.
